Jenn Jarstad started teaching fitness classes in January 2009. However, Jenn had been teaching much longer then that as a mountain guide on Mt Shasta in 2000. As an avid mountain climber for many years all over the West Coast and abroad, Jenn discovered one of the most magnificent experiences was to assist other climbers in taking on the challenge of a high altitude climb. To see someone discover their physical potential and achieve a goal was such an inspiring and thrilling experience for her and ultimately what lead her to want to help people in the gym as well.
