Tom is our Group Fitness Manager and has been teaching group fitness for over 5 years.  Tom is certified by Les Mills in 7 Programs and is passionate about the philosophy and science that is put into their workouts.  Tom’s fitness story started back in 2010 when he was 380 lbs.  Over two years group fitness, exercise and diet played a huge roll in his weight loss. Now he shares his journey by teaching and loves to help members achieve their goals and find their love of movement no matter the class. When not teaching, you can find Tom spending time with his partner and their two dogs, exploring their city, or out and about trying all the great eateries Seattle has to offer.
