Ana began taking Les Mills classes 10 years ago. She wanted to add some variety to her gym routine, and found a sense of community in group fitness that kept her coming back. Her classmates challenged her to work harder and try more classes, which kept her engaged. She saw significant improvement in her own fitness, and decided she wanted to share that experience with others. Five years ago, Ana became certified in RPM, and a year later, in BodyPump. One of the reasons she chose to teach Les Mills classes is how inclusive they are, for participants of all fitness levels. In her instruction, she incorporates cues that are helpful to both beginner and advanced participants, so everyone can focus on continuous improvement. Seeing people push themselves harder, and encourage others around them to do the same, is her favorite part about being an instructor.
