Jill is a longtime member and instructor here at Capitol Hill. With many hours behind her practice, Jill’s class philosophy is Yoga’s overarching purpose is to stabilize and clarify the mind. Jill really likes being part of this process to help our members achieve this balance. “It’s like watching a plant grow and I like being part of it.” When not teaching Yoga, Jill enjoys gardening, swimming and staying active in the club.
