MX4 is a small group personal training class that targets cardio, power, strength, and endurance. This high-intensity class is in a group setting with multiple offerings throughout the day.
You can also see your progress in real-time with a MyZone heart rate monitor which allows you to track your workout, compete with friends, and earn points!
