Monica been in the fitness industry on and off for 21 years. She started out as a personal trainer but due to a couple of training set backs,  began to take up Pilates and indoor cycling. It was here that she developed a love for group fitness immediately.  Using her fitness knowledge and talents, her goal is to help members improve there lives in anyway. Monica is a Les Mills RPM and CXWORX instructor as well as a Pilates, and cycling instructor as well as teaches Total Body Condition (TBC). In her free time, she enjoy spending time with her husband, visiting her favorite joints in town and drawing.  Come see Monica on Fridays for Lunch-Pilates at 12pm
